Careers at Arrowpoint
A small team doing counter-UAS work that reaches the field — where your analysis has a direct line to the mission.
Why Arrowpoint
We are engineers first, and we keep the team small on purpose. That changes what a job here looks like.
Small Team, Direct Impact
Your analysis goes to the program offices, labs, and rapid-reaction teams that act on it. On a lean team, the work you do is the work the customer sees.
Work That Fields
Our team has supported the development of numerous fielded counter-UAS systems now in use in multiple theaters. What you work on here ends up in the hands of the warfighter.
Breadth of Work
R&D analysis, systems engineering, test & evaluation, rapid prototyping. A small team means breadth: engineers here work across the whole lifecycle rather than one slice of it.
Who We Look For
People who want to give the Government a straight, rigorous answer and see it acted on.
Disciplines
- Systems engineering & integration
- Test & evaluation
- Aerospace, weapons, and interceptor analysis
- Rapid prototyping
- Data analysis and software for test & evaluation
What You'll Need
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance — most of our roles support cleared programs.
- Comfort working directly with government customers, and giving them an unbiased answer even when it is not the easy one.
Benefits
The basics for full-time employees, so you know what to expect. Contract roles are paid by the hour and say so on the posting. Ask us about the full package.
- Paid time off that accrues every two weeks, from your first pay period.
- Paid company holidays on the federal holiday calendar.
- Comp time for extra hours worked, when agreed with your manager beforehand.
