Messages and job applications

When you contact Arrowpoint Engineering or apply for a role, we receive the details you choose to provide. These may include your name, email address, organization, phone number, professional links, message, clearance status, and résumé.

We use these details to respond to inquiries, review applications, and manage the related correspondence. Forms on this site send your submission through our team portal to company email recipients. A résumé, when supplied and accepted, is included as an email attachment.

The portal may keep a copy of your submission and résumé while waiting for delivery during business hours or resolving a delivery problem. These copies may also be included in our operational backups.

Submission text and delivery details may also be recorded in operational logs when delivery fails or a submission is refused. Messages flagged by spam checks may be kept in a review queue, together with sender and connection information, so a mistaken refusal can be reviewed. Résumé files are not saved in that review queue; we may need to ask you to send the file again.

Website visits and technical information

We count page views and estimate daily visitors to understand how the site is used. The public site sends the page address and available referring address to our team portal. The statistics keep daily totals by page and referring website.

To distinguish repeat visits within a day, the statistics service uses the connection's IP address and browser information to create a temporary, daily-changing token. Raw IP addresses and browser information are not stored in the statistics tables. Hosting and operational logs are separate and may contain request and connection details used to operate and protect the site.

Browser storage

The public site's appearance control saves your Light, Dark, or Auto choice in this browser's local storage. You can change the choice using that control or remove it by clearing this site's browser data. Visit counting does not use an analytics cookie.

Service providers and other sites

Our hosting and email services process information needed to serve the website and deliver correspondence. The Team Portal is a separate, signed-in service for our team. Links to other websites take you to services with their own data handling practices.
